Love DJM. Cerks/Attendants are always nice. Human-Factor; last night I left behind a drier-load. (Yikes!). Came back this morning, explaining and begging. Woman says "yeah I know you. We got you right here, honey. " Took me into the back room and there's my stuff. Date/time tag on my bag. Love DJM !

  Staff are friendly and helpful! But update last few times I went I found sketchy guys hanging around my dryers and recently I found a bunch of my clothes missing. I called to speak to management and was told they take no responsibility for stolen clothes. If you aren’t taking responsibility then make sure you have some kind of security there to oversee the cameras when a theft does occur. When it’s busy and you can’t get a working dryer on the main side you have no choice but to go back and forth that’s when I saw it he sketchy guys one when I was going to grab my clothes he kept opening my machine after I told him twice in Spanish this isn’t your Machine then he looked at me with this goofy smirk and left. The other time I went to the car to charge my phone and when I came back there was a sketchy guy right in front of my dryer he wouldn’t move even when I was trying to get my clothes out, made me extremely uncomfortable another immigrant. Changing to one star!

  Cheryl is awesome. Today I had an issue with my card disappearing and she just even when out of her way to make sure the card was canceled and a new one issued right away. His bless her.
